David have more then 30 years experience in the Industrial and Semiconductor business. His responsibilities in the company are to

  • Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements.
  • Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Mr. Saar Gluklich

CEO

Saar Gluklich is the CEO Saar began his Industry expirance in 2001, right after graduating BSc degree in mechanical engineering from Technion - Israel institute of technology. Saar has served as Senior Engineer in Thermal and Vacuum Systems. Saar has served as Service Manager in Electrotherm ltd. In addition to his engineering degree, Saar holds MBA degree in business management from Israeli Open University. Together with his engineering background, and extended experience as a project manager, Saar also provides support to our Marketing strategy .

  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.

Mrs. Shifra Cohen

Office Manager

Shifra work for the company since day one the company developed. She responsible for Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Mr. Itzik Sherf

IT and Control Manager

Itzik Sherf, is head of the IT Team and he developed of SDA-TECH's the company IT system, Security system, CCTV etc.
His responsibilities are in the SDA-Tech Ltd. are:

  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Mr. Yossi Laifer

Controls and Process Manager

Yossi, has more then 30 years expericance in developing and desighn controls system for all kind of industries Mr. Lifer,live in Ramat Ishay 10 k"m from our hub. He responsibilities to Manages a team responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or plants. Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design. Ensures continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production. Manages all engineering projects and resolves engineering problems. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Desighn control systems to all kind of companies as a subcontractor.
